Guiding through Movement
Sandra Reeve
(registered teacher with Suprapto Suryodarmo)
A moment central to my work is when I move to give practice directly through the medium of movement and when change takes place within the dynamic bodymind. How are skills and awareness transmitted through the kinaesthetic dialogue? In the workshop I intend to focus on the complexity and implications of what is happening between bodies in space at that moment by exploring in stages the role of witness, movement in dialogue, guiding through movement and moving with specific questions.
